Dr. Gabrielle Hackett is a very kind and patient Doctor. She helped me with my issues that I originally came to her for. When I shared details about my sexuality I felt like she didn’t support me in the way that I wanted and then shared a bunch of details that made me feel like she was putting her own issues on me which I didn’t appreciate. I felt like I had to hide a certain part of myself to be able to get treated by her. In the end every session I would feel anxious and like I couldn’t talk about it sessions. I'm feeling very hurt by this and will be finding another therapist to help me deal with my issues who will listen to me and better suite my needs. Thank you for helping me Dr. Gabrielle Hackett.

Dr Hackett is sincere, kind, patient and very knowledgeable! She offers great insights and thought-provoking questions that enable you to grow and progress. Even if I don't agree at first with what she says, I've realized she not only knows what best helps, but her advice comes from a truly empathic place!

Dr. Gabrielle P. Hackett is one of the most professional, supportive and caring professionals I have ever been so fortunate to meet and help me with my life. She has been there for me through crisis and turmoil and has stood behind me full force. I enjoy spending time working with Dr. Hackett as she is far from the run of the mill mental health professionals that lack empathy and true understanding of complicated mental illnesses. I hope to continue to see Dr. Hackett as she has really helped me

Dr. H gave the impression of being a thoughtful, mature therapist. We went to her for marriage counseling and after about 10 sessions she abruptly dismissed us without any coherent explanation or referral to another therapist. We have been left traumatized by this. This was unprofessional and has caused us great distress. She has destroyed our trust in marriage counselors.
