Not pleased. Busy, no privacy whatsoever. The whole front desk and back desk is wide open. They’ve obviously never heard of HIPAA.

My doctor Gabriela Lopez-Botero is very efficient, cordial and professional. My last experience with her was a positive one. She addresses my problems and concerns assertively and with respect. I would give her a two thumbs up. Although, I think the reception staff need to be more accurate and considerate when reviewing information about the patient or booking appointments.

Long wait times loud and rude workers and doctor. Suppose to see Dr Lopez but they missed work the day of my appointment. Wasted my time. Will not go back!
