Room for Improvement
Telehealth
I have been seeing Dr. Ramirez for about a year. While he has prescribed medications, I feel there are some areas for improvement in our provider-patient relationship. For example, I would appreciate him taking more time to explain the purpose and proper administration of new prescriptions. Additionally, I sometimes feel our appointments are rushed, and that he does not retain details I have shared in previous visits. It would help build trust if he reviewed his notes before our sessions.
