I've been seeing Dr Blair at BDP since 2017. He's very good, patient,thorough and the staff is courteous and accommodating. However, I find their optical dept to be lacking a bit in communicating with patients when it comes to choosing the proper frames.That's the reason I gave only 4 stars. Dr Blair however gets 5 ?????.

Pre surgery issues including being told I had high blood pressure and heart arrhythmia.
Both which proved to be false. Furthermore surgery counselor called and released medical information to my primary without consent.
Post surgery with Dr. Blair and Dr. Knappers was professional. Positive experience after surgery.

From Elisa helping me get in on a cancelation and address insurance questions, to Crescent's preliminary evaluation and answering my questions,to the gentleman who scheduled next year's exam and Dr Blair, it's a pleasant experience. Dr Blair is a gem, very kind, genuine and easy going. I look forward to seeing him every year I think I've been with him almost 30 years. I can count on his honest assessment of my eye issues, which are thankfully mild. I did learn in this visit Dr Blair is a year younger than me. Other than this, he is the best ;)

My experience with the second eye surgery was so much better than the first. The doctor talked me through as he did the surgery which was considerate and very much appreciated. I had no pain at all, and am just a little blurry after the second day. I feel everyone was positive and cared. I very much found comfort in this attitude. Thank you for a good experience.
