If you are looking for a true therapist, look somewhere else. Dr. Oeltjen lectures people about things that he doesn't follow them himself. Repeated material, lack of providing advise, useless info, waste of money and time.

Zero star. Would not recommend at all. Based everything on multiple choice tests that push one into choosing things one would not do. Did not discuss any interpretations. Without any insight, drew up conclusions and his “expert” testimony resulted in loss of child custody.

Fantastic practice all the way around. Receptionist is fantastic, friendly, and easy to work with, even if you mix up dates on the calendar. Dr. Oeltjen's council is also excellent. He is compassionate, a great listener, but most importantly, forward-focus. During my sessions with him, he reminded me to not beat myself up over what happened in the past, and that we all make mistakes, but that what matters is how we learn from them. That's exactly what I needed.
