Dr. Barks is great. I feel physically better when I leave my appt. He makes me feel comfortable and is very quick and to the point. It's unfortunate that his staff are so terrible because they are the reason I won't be going back. Just plain rude! They never greet you, literally never. Not when walking in or when you are done and have to check out. They make you stand in front of the glass waiting to pay while they're all conversing in the back and won't even say "just a minute." Nothing. Seriously, SO rude. Also, they don't respond to emails or calls. Apparently I'm not the only one who has had problems with these staff members. Typically, family businesses are great but not in this case. Sorry Dr. Barks, but I've got a bad taste in my mouth from my last experience and won't be back.

I gave 3 stars ONLY because Dr Barks is a great dr. If I was rating the office help it would be NONE. I had left messages to cancel a couple time because its so hard to get people on the phone. They said they never got the messages and now refuse to see me. even AS a patient before this you can leave messages to be seen and they wont call you for days. I hate to leave a bad review because I always thought the world of doc, but after being a patient for almost 15 years to get this treatment, I will be happy to go somewhere else if I'm not good enough for you. Try checking your messages daily not weekly and making excuses and telling people you have so many of them you cant keep up on callbacks like you did to me. I've even called you 3 time on occasion to CONFIRM you got a cancel and Nope, sorry we never got it. I've sent you at least 20 referrals. I wont bother anymore, you clearly don't need patients

I like Dr Barks, I do not like the woman at the front desk. I was 3 minutes late for my appointment and I was told they may not be able to treat me because my appointment was half over. My appt was only 6 mins long. On top of that, I was charge a deductible that I found out after I don't have

Not Dr. Barks fault but i am very upset at the front desk. I arrived 5 min late. He had someone in treatment in my place. So I would have had to wait that 5 minutes anyway. However the girl would not give me that person's spot that Dr Barks was just finishing with. Either i would have had to wait that 5 minutes. She asked to come back another time. NO NO NO many times I have had to wait 5 minutes to see the Dr. It looks like they are too busy as they don't mind loosing patients.

not only is dr. Barks a miracle worker when it comes to pain relief but he is very knowledgeable as well. He has a way of making sure the patient is comfortable and informed. I highly recommend dr. Barks.

With Dr.Barks' help I have avoided an inevitable surgery. Very efficient guidance and care. Thank you Dr. Barks!
