My 6 year old grandson had a continued fever for 5 days and had been seen and treated on the first day but was not improving so we took him to the Scott and White walk in clinic in Marble Falls. Fred (Mike) Moore, PA was the provider and was extremely rude and completely dismissive of the reason we were there. He never touched my grandson for an exam and just dismissed our concerns. What we experienced was not only disheartening, but it was clearly malpractice. Disgraceful treatment!
