I've been seeing Dr. Evarts on line for over a year now. He confronts uncomfortable realities AND avoidant dysfunctional thinking & acting, utilizing many tools in his toobox, icnluding Acceptance & Committment Therapy (ACT). He trained at UNR Reno under the tutelage of the author of many well known books on ACT. He also digs deep into my psyche to find the potential cause(s) of some of my abberrant behanvior Knowing those causes help me. If you are serious about getting better, I would highly recommend on-line therapy with Dr. Evarts.
