Patient, Professional, Active Listener, Astute Practitioner and Proactive Defender of your Health and Well Being - I just can't impress upon you enough how good Frank actually is, so I will relate my experience: Following major abdominal surgery a few years ago my incision dehisced (split open) within 24 hours of being discharged. Neither my surgeon's office nor the hospital could be bothered to see me, but without any hesitation or appointment Frank told me to come in straight away and within moments had me transported to the hospital for emergency surgery that ultimately saved my life - the surgeon's office had advised binding the wound with baby diapers until he returned from golfing in Colorado in a week! Frank Colella is one of the most effective providers I've had: patient centered and extremely competent. He was able to take on (and get reversed) an insurance company's denial of coverage for a certain medication, which has since improved test results and cardiac risk. He was able to prescribe exercise which has improved overall functioning, and improved a quality of life issue with attention to medication dosing. It's unfortunate he's left the practice at Yavapai...wishing him all the best.
