Worst 'doctor' I've ever seen. Rude, interrupted when we tried to explain things, the entire visit lasted 3 minutes. My daughter left in tears. He shouldn't be working in health care PERIOD!

I had a single sore on my genitalia and went into urgent care. After describing the sore and my SH, a single partner in over 4 years, no history of out breaks and no risky behavior he diagnosed me with HSV without looking at the sore or doing any tests and prescribed medication. When I told my doctor she asked me to come in later that day. She said it looked like it was probably a friction burn and sent in for testing which confirmed I was negative for HSV. Dr Borzager was rude, unprofessional, and puts patients at serious risk with his negligence.

Dr Borzager gave me excellent care. He listened and was kind. It turns out I had a sinus infection and an infected eye. He did not just tell me to drink fluids and rest. He put me on meds. I am thankful for him!!

Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about my care

He was very rude, interrupting me in a raised voice when I was trying to speak. Showed absolutely no empathy when it was very obvious I was in a lot of pain. Poked my stomach a few times and ordered antibiotics. He needs to work on his bedside manner!

He had little to no patience with my toddler that was clearly not comfortable with her situation. I believe he over prescribed antibiotics to a child younger than 2 years - in my opinion, simply did so to get out of the room with an upset child. Gave no further instructions on how to care for her infection. Work on your bedside manner.

I have been misdiagnosed by Mr. Borzager a couple of times. Once I knew I had a frozen shoulder but he didn't listen to me and diagnosed me with a strained muscle. I saw an orthopedic doctor a week later who said that I obviously had a frozen shoulder. I won't see this person because I don't think he's competent.
