Rushed, incorrect eye glasses prescription & foul smell in office that resembled vomit.

Staff is very rude! Dr. Not so friendly either. I get it y’all are somewhat busy, still no right to rush. Lady was trying to come in as walk in girl up front was short and rude. Told customer no walkins today. Clearly states on front sign “walk-in” welcomed.

I wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy. Nothing against Dr. Morales but his staff is rude and very VERY unprofessional. They didn’t take the time to look up my benefits and charged me outright for my visit. When I called my insurance company to see if I had coverage Annie or Anna (whatever her name was) hung up on my insurance company…TWICE!! I’m never ever going back and am filing a complaint against them.

My experience with Dr. Morales was very short and disappointing. I feel he did not do a thorough examination of my vision. After receiving my eye glasses I started experiencing headaches and I knew something was not right. After speaking with the lab that made my lenses we determined it was the prescription. When I returned back to the office to Dr. Morales he was very rude and short he did not take the time to re-examine my vision and blamed it on the lenses. Then told me he could do nothing more and I had to get use to the prescription. This has been going on for 3 months and I have had to revert back to my old lenses. Now I have to pay full price to get another eye exam. Also the staff was very rude and unhelpful. Bottom line if you want to pay for a service and not get any follow up support go to him! Otherwise save your time and money!!! And your eyes!!!!!

I did not feel like Dr. Morales spent enough time checking my vision. He seemed in a rush and didn’t double check his findings. The last set of letters he had me identify were so blurry, I was just guessing and I told him that. Sure enough, I can’t see very good with my new glasses. I won’t be back.

Rude tech and Dr. Morales wasn’t much nicer. Did not introduce himself. Did not respond to my sons questions. Would not recommend to anyone especially with kids needing eye care.

Staff is rude. Called about 40 times before they picked up. Got to the office for my appointment and witnessed first hand that they simply ignores calls completely. Staff always has attitude.

I have always liked Dr. Morales (very nice & kind) however this past visit, I think will be my last due to his patient ratio becoming too large. A good thing for him but not so good for his patients. The staff is friendly but very rushed themselves. Being as my eyes are very important, I would rather have a doctor that spent a little more time than 3 minutes with me.

Eye appointment for my daughter and myself today, went well. The appointment to get contacts was another story. The Dr put her contacts in but when sent out to training table, little to NO help was offered. Won’t be going back there. Not a good experience at all for my daughter.

Dr. Morales and his staff answer every question I had for my daughters eyes. He was so thorough that we switched from our previous family eye doctor to him. His staff are quick to run the usual eye tests prior to sitting is in a room chair. His staff always knows the answers to my insurance questions and check us out quickly. I appreciate how they honor our time.

Dr. Morales appeared rushed and spent less than four minutes with me during my eye exam. I was given a prescription that I could not see clearly with.
