Dr. Francisco Dozon Jr, OD

The office staff was fantastic, however Dr. Dozon was extremely frustrating. I asked questions about eye health and felt shamed as he rushed through a monologue of maybe 20 options. When then asking which he recommended, he was extremely unclear even when I asked questions for clarity- it seemed like he was irritated to explain things. It was evident that he wanted to rush through the appointment, although nobody else appeared to be there. I honestly felt bad for the staff, they seemed lovely, and if their experience was anything like mine, I can't imagine it's a pleasant place to work. By the end, I wanted to see what the difference in my prescription looked like from a few years back, and he said, 'well I mean, you can still see through your glasses it seems, so it's probably fine'.

This was the worst and quickest eye exam of my life! The staff were very nice and friendly. Dr. Dozon was in a bad mood and rude from the time he entered the room. He flew through my eye exam. My hubby and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I ended up going somewhere else to buy eyeglasses. We are pretty sure that Dr. Dozon messed up my eye exam or the wrong information was given to the place where I purchased my eyeglasses. I can’t see at all out of the right lense of the eyeglasses. There is a total disconnect between the two lenses and everything with the right lense is completely blurry. The place where I purchased the eyeglasses is trying to work with me to get things corrected with the eyeglasses. The eyeglasses are still there because things with the right lense are so bad. I’ve worn eyeglasses for most of my life and I’ve never had anything like this happen before. Sitting through the terrible eye exam was bad enough.
