Prescription Problems
Francine York and her entire office are all wonderful BUT if you need a prescription, you better be ready to fight for it, especially a refill that you will have to call, email, talk to the pharmacy about, maybe even have to call your insurance company, just to get a normal prescription. She is TERRIBLE at refilling any prescription. So, keep that in mind when choosing her office to go to.

Fran is the absolute best family doctor. Her entire office staff is like a family friend to us, they always make sure they make time for us whenever it’s needed. I’ve called from the parking lot when my daughter was bit by a dog and gotten seen with no appointment in minutes. Fran is knowledgeable, approachable, kind, and professional.
