Dr. Keaing's office staff was very young and inexperienced. When I was not told in advance that they were going to dilate my eyes, I did not have another driver with me and that I would need to come back later, the Staff Person got very short with me. I told her my wife is in a memory unit and I lived alone and her response was "We all have problems". The most unprofessional health care office experience I have had. I am 81 years old.
