Great Doctor
She was kind, compassionate, funny and warm and I really felt heard. I came to her with significant anxiety and 6 months later, I feel more empowered in my relationshpis and in my life. Her office is clean, professional and I love the lobby! So calming.

Her office was small but clean. The staff was friendly and I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Van Horn was pleasant and polite. She was compassionate but she also had a great sense of humor.

Never again. Between the horrible hygiene of the rude front office staff and the dirty chairs you sit in and wait for over 30 minutes when other people standing because there is no seating, no ventilation the place smells. I was surprised to see so many people coming in speaking to the staff about wanting their documentation for legalization. The lady that works the front is so rude. Dr Van Horn hurried me up from my appointment and rushed me out so more could be rushed in. Terrible

I have been seeing Dr. Van Horn and Brandi for almost 2 years and I am so much more confident than I used to be they help me work through my issues and anxieties. I adore them and the staff. They were able to also get me in on an emergency and since my therapist was out of town they booked me with a new Therapist, Sarah, who I also adored. I feel very lucky

I went to Dr. Vanhorn after an attorney referral. I have been dealing with dizziness, and memory issues since a bike accident about 2 years ago. At my first appointment they tried setting me up with a case manager through Continuum Home Services. Wanting me to sign a contract without consulting my attorney first. Testing was never completed by them and then wrote a report without complete testing that was absolutely false and indicated that I had refused to finish, which is false.

Dr. Van Horn seemed very nice during my consult assuring me that she would find out the cause if my short-term memory impairment. If you see her, I suggest not to mention any physical symptoms you are having besides memory impairment because it may skew results. She concluded that I have memory impairment because I am too distracted thinking about my health problems, which she labeled as psychosomatic although test results prove otherwise. I wish the cause was as easy as thinking about something
