Doesn’t communicate well
I began seeing him through an eap program for my anxiety and depression. We’ve had 3 appointments and he even rescheduled when I wasn’t able to make a day. I’m requesting a letter stating what progress has been made after unpacking my emotions during our session. He said he’d write the letter but has since disappeared. I fear I may need to find a new therapist and restart the process again. The professional thing to do would be to at least decline writing the letter on my behalf so I can proceed with locating someone that can assist.
