Fern Vandervelde

I highly recommend Fern as a therapist and group therapist. I can say that I am blessed to have had her in my life for the time period that I did as she is no longer with Arbour Counseling Services. Fern has a well rounded education including art therapy. She works with both adolescents and adults. She is down to earth and realistic about life. She is able to take therapeutic tools and make them practical for everyday use in such a way that it inspires you to want to use them. She connects with her clients on a equal level which makes the therapeutic process so much easier because there is no power struggle. I cannot say enough good things about Fern to adequately describe just how awesome she is. If you get the opportunity to work with her jump on it and don't let go.
