Farrah Thornsberry, PMHNP

Saw her 3 times and I'm still recovering from the damage. She wrote my script wrong and failed to fix the it. Ignored my emails for 3 days. Said she was sick, but was rude and didn't offer to fix my meds or provide coverage in her absence. I had to ration my pills bc i never heard back. She only responded about the script error a month later when I told her I founda new doc, but she never apologized. She ignored my request to fill out disability forms. 2 months later and I have missed an entire month of payments bc of her. I haven't been Farrah's patient for almost a month, but today, she called in scripts for me for meds i've never taken! She sent someone else's meds to my pharmacy under my name!! I've seen a lot of docs and psychs and have never dealt with this. She decided to stop providing me care and left me helpless with no warning and made so many dangerous prescribing errors. The amount of stress and grief this person has put me through is inexcusable, egregious, and reckless.
