Pointless visit
While I am sure Dr. Cutrona has patients who appreciate her care, I found her bedside manner demeaning and rude. I have had post-nasal drip since childhood, and she asked if I had COVID-19, was tested, or have symptoms for it. After I verbalized no, she kept insisting. I had to see a more competent doctor later in the week, and this doctor understood my symptoms discussed different allergy medications, and better understood post-nasal drip factors. The new doctor referred me to an ENT specialist and prescribed me a medication that specifically relieves post-nasal drip. I will not be seeing Dr. Cutrona again, and I hope she does a better job of listening to future patients more seriously.

Waste of my two days.
She thought I might have sleep apnea and ordered a sleep study at a sleep lab. When I arrived at the sleep lab the tech looked puzzled and put me on a C-pap mask and told me to "try to go to sleep" in the middle of the day. I lay there for an hour which seemed like an eternity. I was surprised that this was the actual sleep study. I went to see Faith for a follow-up appointment, and she told me that she didn't order the sleep studies, she accidentally ordered a c-pap fitting test! How can you order a c-pap machine fit test before getting tested for sleep apnea? I was very furious but kept my composure and never went back to her, ever. Plus-Why did that sleep study tech didn't question the wrong test? Not too bright.

Faith is amazing. She takes care of things on the spot so there is no delay. She is very knowledgable, she was able to diagnose a very rare condition in my daughter. She is always friendly and very easy to talk to. Love her!

Definitely not a permanent primary FNP. She tends to treat you like an idiot until you shut that down.

Faith is amazing. She has always helped me. Fast appointments and amazing service. I believe that some of the patients that have left comments here do not want to be proactive in their own resolution and recovery. Websites to help you reduce the cost. Some people just want an instant fix.

Terrible terrible terrible service I really would give a negative rating if I could. I just saw Faith for a sick visit recently and mentioned that I am wheezing and having mild shortness of breath. I asked her for a refill of my inhaler during the visit and she informed me to go on this website where I will get a discount card for my inhaler due to the medication now going generic. When doing my research this was NOT the case and it would be cheaper for me to get the medication through my insurance. I called the office to let them know this and that I would prefer the prescription instead due to cost and was told that Faith said I must have another visit and be charged again. Why do I need to see her AGAIN when I just saw her and specifically asked for this prescription originally and was misguided by her. This is medication for my breathing NOT a controlled substance. Now while I am wheezing I am told to wait til Monday to talk with the manager and can’t have my inhaler refill

Faith always seems in a hurry, doesn't take the time to listen and fully discuss options for treatment. She has a demeaning and superior style. The last visit was the last straw. My just 18 year old daughter finally confessed to being depressed for a long time and agreed to see the doctor. Faith would not discuss her depression and sent her away with nothing more than a referral list. She let a depressed teenager leave her office without helping her, and actually made her feel worse. Dangerous
