Dr. Podolak was insightful, communicative and very helpful. He listens well and then cuts to the heart of the matter quite quickly. After a relatively small number of visits, he suggested that we go to an as-needed schedule. I thought he was so helpful that I stuck with a set schedule for a bit more and then followed his suggestion. I would (and have) recommended him to others.

Relatively quick 1st appointment and there out a consistent schedule of appointments. Cut right to the chase addressing my daughter's issues. She found him kind and easy to talk to. After a few months he said we can go on a 'as needed' basis. Perfect. After a number of bad therapists who sit & stare at you waiting for you to talk (and kids DO NOT WANT to talk) he was a breath of fresh air and actually helped my girl.
