A family member had an appointment required for insurance. It was a long distance so I drove. When we got there she told us she could only do part of the appointment or reschedule due to an engagement of her own. We were there so she did what she could with the time she had. Once all was completed I am wondering how this person is even a physician. She was unorganized, unprofessional, didn't listen to a word that was said and completely fabricated things. If I had a choice, I'd go elsewhere.

Horrible. Had an evaluation done for my child and it took forever for them to schedule the testing part. When they did and gave the results they would not send the report elsewhere for my child in a timely fashion. She said she couldn't do it yet. It seems to take way too long for her to get stuff moving.
