He’s listed as still accepting patients on the UHC app. I’ve left three voicemails, and sent an email over the last several weeks to set up an appointment. There’s been no response.

He has a very factual in his approach. He helped me figure out what I needed to do to make my marriage better, and it's working. He's an easy going guy, but seems to be able to dig through the surface stuff and identify what needs to be done.
