My experience was EXCELLENT! Dr. Alvero is a good communicator and has great bed side manner. He is a good listener and answers the questions directly without talking over or down to people. The interaction was positive and level of care was top shelf for my employees as worker's comp patients. The wait time was minimal and staff is very professional. I would highly recommend other employers use Dr. Alvero as their worker's comp injury solution.
