Erin seemed very dismissive of our questions and frequently quoted incorrect terms like "surveys" instead of "studies." She seemed unprepared for the consultation and when trying to explain the need to avoid ovarian cancer, stammered after being corrected that my wife no longer had ovaries. My wife has suffered from Chemo-brain since initial treatments and Erin was not patient with her as my wife attempted to put together a concern about her recent bone loss tests. When I asked for why my wife would continue to be on hormone blockers, she cut me off with "because its breast cancer," as though I was unaware of the last 5 years. She then later stated that 100% of the bone loss was caused by the hormone therapy. She was inconsistent and dismissive. It was a terrible appointment and I hope that my wife never again has to meet with her.
