Lack Of Communication
After hours of researching a therapist, I thought I had found a perfect fit. They wasted my time completely. For someone who works in mental health and supposedly understands the effort and courage it takes to find help... it is so unprofessional to ghost a potential client. Who asks for availability then ignored multiple emails back. Rude.
