Erin has been a great benefit to me over the years. She has worked with me through a divorce, relationships, finding myself and self improvement. I wouldn't be in the place I am without her! The thing I love the most is she gives you all the tools to succeed from books, articles, meditation, critical thinking, videos, etc. She gives you the space to just speak and let it all out and ask the right question to help you critically think things through. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Erin is hands down one of the BEST therapists for teen girls. We had a tough time finding a good fit for my daughter, until Erin. We find that Erin has just the right mix of compassion and directness that helps my daughter feel cared for, understood, and like "she get's me", and guidance..combined with keeping things real and helping my daughter own her decisions and choices. She does a great job in explaining in detail, (sometimes with props) to really break down ideas and explanations. Her meeting area is very cozy and welcoming for people of all ages. Erin is warm and compassionate and makes her clients feel welcome. Erin has been there for our family in very tough times and we couldn't appreciate her more than we do! I would (and have) recommend Erin Paul to anyone! We feel so grateful to have found her.

Erin has been working with my son on ADHD and bereavement issues for the past few years. He has mad a lot of progress and Erin has been instrumental in the changes he's made.

Erin is fantastic! She is very easy to talk to and also very insightful. She has helped me see situations from a different perspective therefore helping me move on from many negative thoughts. I’ve learned so much from her and I highly recommend her!

Our son started seeing Erin as part of a social skills group for boys on the autism spectrum. Erin has a warm personality that makes her very easy and comfortable to talk with. She is incredibly patient, especially with boys on the spectrum and all the little quirks that can come with that. But most importantly, she knows how to blend that warmth with healthy boundaries and accountability. When the social group ended, and our son was later experiencing bouts of anxiety, he asked if he could go back to seeing Erin again. Her manner of working with our son has been a big part of the success he has experienced as an adolescent and now a senior in high school. When our daughter was experiencing difficulty, we would have loved to have Erin work with her, but the timing was not feasible. Our children are very different from each other, and their needs are very different, but her range as a therapist is such that I believe she would have been an amazing support and equally as effective.

Erin has really helped me with feeling my emotions and expressing them. This has been so helpful with my marriage. She is so patient and easy to talk to about anything and she knows how to get you to do the hard work. I highly recommend Erin to anyone that is serious about becoming more in touch with their feels.

Erin is a brilliant therapist. She is very empathetic and extremely easy to connect with. Her level of knowledge is incredible and she is able to explain everything with ease. She is highly reliable and trustworthy. 10/10 recommend Erin!

Erin has been a saving grace for my daughter and our family. She helped my daughter get through middle school with her anxiety and the oh so many issues with friends at that age. Erin really understands the teens and preteens! Years later, when depression hit my daughter hard Erin opened up her schedule to be available for us. Erin has been an amazing part of our daughter's team. She takes time the time to really get to know her clients. This is so important when children are having an off day and plans need to be changed. She has been available to consult for issues at home and school and gives great advice when dealing with school and teachers.
