I’ve been seeing Erin weekly for a year. Despite the many traumatic events that have happened recently, my mental health is still the best it’s ever been thanks to her support. She’s helped me handle work stress; process childhood trauma and grief; navigate severely unhealthy family dynamics; and function daily with ADHD and CPTSD. She’s been supporting me through a recent suicide in my family and has even helped me better understand my marriage. I’ve tried a few therapists and have been in therapy for many years.
