Erin is very professional and caring. She is easy to talk to and she listens to me. She spends whatever time is necessary to clearly communicate the situation and makes me feel very comfortable and glad that I consulted her. Erin is clearly an asset to the medical group and I do not hesitate for a minute to recommend her.

Erin has been my provider for several years and has always been very thorough and compassionate in all of her dealings with me on a personal level. She takes the time to listen and ask pertinent questions and does not just assume she has an understanding before conducting a further review in to the history of symptoms/issues being discussed. She is great at following through and communicates clearly and concisely. I called for a appt with Ms Ayers and was able to get into see her the following day, my time was for 4 pm. My appt was kept on time and she is a great NP I have told others to go and see her as she listens and then talks about possible treatments. Erin is one of a kind, you cant go wrong seeing her.

I felt like my visit was rush. She kept cutting me off when I tried to explain to her what was going on with me and what I went through with my health issue in the past. I normally don’t have a bad experience with her and feel that she take her time with me. My last visit was disappointing.

She is prompt and always cheerful. That starts things on a good note. She is thorough. I am only dealing with age related issues so she has suggestions and we try different remedies to alleviate my pain and depression. She listens to me, unlike most doctors, and is sympathetic to my situation. She is not dismissive, like most doctors, just because I am 71 years old. I would definitely recommend her.

I received an appointment when needed, feel confident in Erin Ayers ability to figure out what was wrong. It was very convenient to have a lab on site.
