Gentle, Caring Eye Doc
First visit and I was so pleased! The office staff was wonderful and helpful. Everything went smooth and on time! The tech was quick and Dr. Wilkins was so warm, helpful, gentle, kind, and caring! I appreciate the way my visit was handled!?????????? Convenient location in a strip shopping center with restaurants and just a block away from Trader Joe’s and more restaurants! If you’re looking for a new eye doc in Scottsdale, give Dr. Wilkins a call!

I've been a patient of the Hilton Village Optical Expressions for almost 20 years and lately I have received poor customer service from this office. Recently I stopped in to order more contacts and was told that my prescription was out of date. Rather than scheduling an eye exam and providing a temporary set of contacts to hold me over, I was told that they had to check with the doctor first who wasn't available. In the end, I had to chase them and deal with unhelpful front office staff again.
