One Of The Best Therapists Someone Can Ask For!
I saw Erick for 6 years and he helped me gain the tools that I needed to survive, he worked well with me. I had 2 therapists before him, one that actually recommended him, and struggled at first having a male therapist, but he worked with me until I was comfortable, he was able to figure out what was wrong, what was needed for my healing journey, and helped me to be able to work through extreme emotional turmoil in the moment, to help me be able to sit with the bad memories, and emotions, then have the ability to work through it. He was the best therapist for me, but like he told me, you're not going to click with every therapist, but if you're struggling with trauma, I highly highly recommend seeing Erick if you're in the SLC area!!If you see this, thank you so much for all the things you helped me with, I wouldn't be where I am today without your direction and help!
