Erich was the best PT I have seen over the years! He has taught me what i needed to do to strengthen my muscles for hip pain. The pain is gone and I will forever continue on my regimen of exercises he taught me. I have completed two months of therapy and have maintained it for six weeks. I can tell that it still getting stronger when I climb stairs! He is a very caring person too!

Erich Helfer at PainCARE is a kind, patient, physical therapist who really "knows his stuff!" His specialty is working with those that have pain issues. I have been working with Erich for almost 3 years for 3 different pain problems. If one exercise isn't effective, he will adjust it or change to another one that will be more helpful.
