Excessive billing amount, verbally and emotionally ____ to my child causing trauma, did not provide the needed and requested medical care, she behaved in an unprofessional manner. I hope this helps to protect others.

I originally had gone here as a recommendation from the local clinic we have where we live. If anyone else reads this review and you don't actually live in Minot like how we do, be prepared for canceled appointments and getting called while you are already halfway there on the road only to find out when you arrive that the appointment was canceled. IF THERE IS SNOW, DEFINITELY CANCEL because as I was told today the doctor has a "strict" late policy, in our case we arrived 14 min late due to snow and ice on road. When we arrived we were told we had to reschedule. So off we go lol made a 2 hour trip and wasted gas for nothing. My daughter and I still have an appointment for the 27th and we plan on arriving an hour before this time to make sure we get seen as this will be our last appointment with this doctor. I will end up setting us up with another gyno that was recommended by a friend. Empathy and understanding for your clients that don't live in town goes a long way. Good luck and hope this helps any other moms that have to take time off work and live a busy schedule that don't live in town. Be prepared.

Erica is the most down to earth and thorough provider I have ever seen. She always takes the time to listen and truly cares. I highly recommend her for well woman visits and OB care.

I will not recommend her anyone. Originally she was my midwife and I did not see her until 32weeks, because she worked with Kerena. Everything was ok with Kerena until she was not available and I started seeing Erica. I used to wait over 45 mins for her every time and she shows up my app lasts only 5 min. i felt like she never listen or care about me and my baby, that's why she did not even know how big my baby was. She's delivered both my children now and I'd trust her with my life. She's patient and kind, smart and honest. I'm so blessed to have found such a wonderful midwife.
