dr person is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. she is great to work with and made the whole experience very successful.

The office is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. My questions were answered and all explained so I could understand. I was a walk in patient and was scheduled for an appointment in a timely manner and treated with respect. I would refer Dr. Person and her staff to anyone who needs help with hearing issues. I give them a five star rating. Thank them very much for all their help and kindness.

From initial exam and consultation I had a very goon experience with Dr. Person. Office was clean and convenient and everything was done very professionally. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Person was incredibly kind, authentic, honest and informative. She was open in sharing her knowledge, about what to expect and upfront about costs. I was nervous going in and didn't feel judged once and found her to be a very warm and understanding person.

I am so happy that I found Erica Person for my hearing problem. She is kind, explains things very well, answers all my questions and so much more. If you need help, she is definitely the one that will help you. So glad I met her.

Erica listen to what I need for my hearing loss. She has done a fabulous job in taking care of my hearing loss. She has had me to try a different hearing aid to see if they would help me. I am so happy to have her in my corner in helping me with hearing aids and advancements. So proud that I have them helping me.

Like many I was hesitant to get hearing aids. Dr Person and staff made the experience feel more like a visit to a friends home. No pressure and everything was explained. The experience was definitely positive.

Professional and caring very nice atmosphere

Dr. Person is very thorough in her examinations. She asks questions about the patient's needs and what is most important to them. Her recommendations have opened a new world for me. I have needed some adjustments on the fit of my hearing aids and Dr. Person has done a great job. Dr. Person is very knowledgeable about the products. Therefore, guiding you to make the best decision for your needs. Dr. Person is a great listener and has a pleasant disposition which puts the patient at ease during the visit.

Erica fitted new with my Starkey hearing aids and provided excellent follow-up adjustments. How found her to have deep technical knowledge of the hearing aids and an intuitive understanding of where to go with adjustments in response to my requests for optimizing the settings. I would recommend her for anyone seeking hearing improvement.

I learned what was wrong with my hearing and got the help I needed. I was never pressured to purchase the hearing aids. I was also given every option to not buy if they did not work for me. I am very satisfied.

Dr. Person was very knowledgeable and she was not interested in selling us the top of the line, she just wanted us to have the right aid at the right price. I have had a follow up and adjsutments went very well. he encouraged me to come with any and all complaints. There were none. We are blessed with adding these to our health needs.
