Even in our second session great insight
I'm engaging in therapy again. For me what I look for is deep insight, not a bunch of tricks to alter my behavior. In our second session. I was talking about a pattern where I was able to make a profound change, and I was talking about a pattern where I am not able to make a change. Dr. Marchand managed to connect the dots. I now have a template of change that worked for me to apply to the problem area. I'm a happy patient.
