Our experience at Excel has been amazing! The work that Miss Jenna has done with our son has been life changing. In the beginning he struggled to communicate and would get easily frustrated. Miss Jenna was kind and patient as she worked to help him learn the correct ways to make sounds. We will forever be thankful for our time at Excel!

I would recommend Excel Pediatric Speech and Language Center to anyone in need of speech therapy for their kids. The staff is very patient and effective in helping children learn to communicate. I have seen a great change in my nephew's ability to learn and communicate! He has gained confidence and the motivation to want to learn. Great people!

When our child started with Brooke at Excel, we saw amazing improvements in his speech. We couldn't be happier with the therapy provided and are so proud of our kiddo for all of his hard work and progress. We appreciate the time and effort, great communication, and the way Brooke made therapy so fun, yet very productive! Thank you for helping our son be so successful!

The environment was super welcoming! My child was always so excited to come to speech! The therapists were always willing to work around our schedule. Each therapist was great and my daughter loved working with all of them! Our experience was 10 out of 10 and we would definitely recommend to anyone in need of speech services for their child!

I don't know what else to say but our experience at Excel and our therapist Brooke was just great!

Staffing issues, my son lost his therapist. I had 2 appointments after her departure. I was informed my son would be called if someone canceled or when a new therapist would start..months went by with no word from anyone. I called and Erica rudely informed me that he needed to find a new therapist for the time being. And that it was his previous therapist fault for not informing me? Months my son has went without the support her needs, due to lack of communication at this establishment. When I asked why I wasn't informed I was told it was his previous therapist fault and that she (erica) sent out a massive text telling everyone. But i never received any text you sent? And if you sent a text why is it his old therapist fault? My son was a patient for 3 years here!!! And he was just lost or dropped with no reasoning to why I could have been informed to help him get the resources he needs. Instead I was just ignored and than rudely treated when I called. To than be hung up on to take a personal phone call. No way to run a establishment, even with staffing issues.

Our experience with Excel Pediatric Speech and Language Center was absolutely incredible. Erica's comprehensive care was above and beyond what we expected. Erica and her staff worked around our schedules and flexed time when needed. Erica always made time after every session to address all of my questions and give progress updates. Erica always made speech fun for my son and he enjoyed going every week. We are deeply grateful for all Erica has done for our family.

It has been awesome, they have worked miracles with both of our kids. They have also bent over backwards to help us with scheduling. Jenna has been a blessing!

Erica, at Excel, has treated all three of my boys over the last 10 years. She is patient, kind, and works hard to meet speech therapy goals. All three of my sons loved coming to their appointments. Erica makes speech therapy fun! Each of my boys met all of their goals and continue to thrive after being discharged.

My son has had a fantastic experience at Excel. He's made incredible progress over the years, and Jenna has always been so good with him ever step of the way!

The staff at Excel really knows their stuff. They are patient and understanding with their care. They try to make therapy fun and educational. The staff at Excel really cares about their patients. I would recommend Excel Speech Center to other parents. We're going to miss seeing them. To put it simply: THEY KNOW THEIR SH** and WORK HARD TO HELP THEIR PATIENTS!

Excel provided excellent speech therapy services to my child. Appoints were easy to schedule and maintain. Excel communicates very well with parents.

Brooke from Excel worked wonders with my daughter. Her articulation problems were fixed fairly quickly. Moving on to work on to her language comprehension will help her in her upcoming school years.

We love Excel! Brooke and the rest of the staff at Excel were amazing. They are all warm and friendly and highly knowledgeable about speech and language disorders. My daughter grew by leaps and bounds. We would recommend Excel to anyone in need of speech and language help for their child.

We have been receiving speech therapy with Jenna for almost 3 years and are so happy with the progress our child made with her! Leaps and bounds as we put it! We had other therapy before her and made no progress, but Jenna was so amazing with our child! She's made so much of an impact on our lives, we are sad to not her anymore!

Erica built an amazing relationship with my son. She was kind, professional, and timely. My son's speech grew immensely while working with Erica. When my son's speech and language skills were age-appropriate, she discharged him with the stepping stones he needs to continue progressing on his speech and language journey. He will miss seeing Erica every week dearly.
