Had my right shoulder replaced in early March. Erica and the other therapists provided excellent guidance for my recovery of strength and mobility of my right arm and I am well on my way to full use of it. I highly reccomend the facility and therapists at Hillsdale Athletico.

My experience at Athletico, was a very positive one. Erica was not only supportive of my progress but continued to challenge me. Her instructions of the proper techniques of exercises and professional guidance helped propel my advancement of range of motion and regaining my strength. Erica Meiring is awesome! She is knowledgeable, caring, encouraging and gave me confidence when I thought my knee would never be right again. Erica is very knowledgeable and caring. After I fell and fractured my patella I had surgery and had to keep my leg straight for 6 weeks with no bending. During this period I experienced muscle atrophy losing all strength in my knee. I spent 4 months going to PT 3x a week. Erica helped bring strength and bending to my knee allowing me to walk again and get back to work and my normal routine. I highly recommend Erica and the staff at Athletico in Dundee. They provide support, encouragement and professional knowledge in physical therapy.

Having had bi-lateral hip replacement surgery, Erica and her associates helped me surpass my goals towards a full recovery. My schedule didn't allow for much advanced notice, but Athetica in Dundee, MI accomodated my schedule preferences typically early AM or late in the day. As such, I had at least three different leads for physical therapy and all were professional in their guidance towards my recovery.

Erica was my therapist. She made me feel like she was in it with me. She put a plan together that met all of my goals. I was so much stronger and got my balance back. I would recommend Erica to anyone. Every worker there was friendly and helpful.

I went to see Erica with a shoulder injury. After several sessions with her I was able to avoid surgery and my shoulder feels better than it did before I injured it. She was very focused on my injury and gave me exercises to perform at home. She was always very professional and knowledgeable with my therapy and I would definitely recommend her.
