I’ve been in and out of hospital for the last eight years and this is the first time I’m confident that my hip issues Will finally be fixed

She explained that I should attend pt to rehab properly. She removed surgical dressing and told me how to care for incision and that I can go without the arm sling as tolerated. I bc later had a question about when I could return to chiropractic care and she called me back to tell me I should wait a couple more weeks. She very helpful and informative.

I would recommend her to everyone, she knows what she is doing and helps u to understand what ur care needs to be Put me at ease when I know I am going to see her about my knees .She explains ur care and ask u again to make sure u feel safe in taking over ur Healthcare. I trust her with my health concerns and leave office knowing that I have this and if a question should come up could call and get help with it. She takes time with u doesn't rush u in and out .On both of my knees felt in good hands and not worried about anything.Just listen to me and my concerns makes a huge deal in recovery. Erica took her time as she examined my arm/wrist and expressed how she wanted to go about my treatment plan as well as answered all of my questions and concerns i had.

Was given a shot into my knee it didn't bleed till after I walked to the front to check out. She did a great job in assisting me. Very pleasant person.

Erica is very attentive, listens to her patients, and treats them as an individual recognizing unique challenges or issues. She is caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. She is friendly, easy to talk to, and has excellent abilities to identify with her patients at their own personal level. I trust her as part of my team, and she absolutely ALWAYS follows through. She is very timely in responses, messages, orders, clinic visits, and, if the clinic is slightly behind it’s for good reason (rare). She will still give you, as a unique patient, the time you need. I am very grateful Erica is part of my team and a primary provider for me. I highly recommend Erica and Dr. Brindley. If I had the ability to utilize Erica for more than all of my joints I would.

Initial VA Community Care visit was exceptional. Was seated it the room for no more than 5 minutes before she arrived. Erica was thoughtful, very courteous, thorough in her initial review of my knee issues. Answered all my questions and followed it up with a quick pair of injections.
