I previously left a negative review based on my negative experience as a patient of Dr Wiener’s. Even though this review is supposed to be anonymous, he actually attempted to face-time call me on a Saturday without warning even though he knows I no longer want contact. Anyway I found that conduct really out there...

Sadly, I notice you are hiding the negative review of Dr Wiener. I had a super negative experience with him which resulted in me drinking too much. I am just now recovering. He was insulting, did not listen, and made me feel defensive about my support of Hillary Clinton. I believe he is entitled to his own political views but when he did stuff like yell at me over supporting Hillary instead of addressing my childhood trauma, I had to wonder - am I wasting my money?

I have been a patient of Dr. Wieners on and off for several years, as need necessitated. I find him most effective in his counseling skills. He, as any professional, has his own style. I know that I have his undivided attention throughout the session. A therapist is a guide, but an essential component of therapy is the work a person puts into resolving their issues outside of the clinical setting. I have seen other therapists at points in my life and rate him highly among them.

Saw Dr. Wiener for nearly two years. He remembers the details of each session. His explanations of the processes of human behavior through the course of relationships has been helpful well after I stopped seeing him. Invaluable and effective. Have recommended him to several friends.

Dr. Wiener is one of the most kind, considerate, compassionate gentleman I've ever met! These characteristics carry through well in his profession. I have been a patient for several years, and am quite pleased with the results of our many consultations. I find it interesting that he does not take notes as we speak, and no recordings. However, his recollections of previous conversations seem to be flawless. I have great respect and admiration for Dr. Wiener's professional capabilities.
