Eric Goldstein, PA-C

I booked an apt to see Eric Goldstein, back in April as I am in constant neck pain due to arthritis. The first available apt was 6 weeks away, and they then cancelled on me with 1 days notice. They rescheduled me for another 5 weeks away, which was then again cancelled with 4 days notice. I don't know why but I agreed to reschedule again, for 7 weeks out, which was again just cancelled, with 2 days notice. I have now cancelled and will go literally anywhere else to try and get treatment.Each time the apt was rescheduled I let the receptionist know that I am in severe pain every single day and that I have been already been waiting for months and they simply do not care at all. They claim to have no way to expedite apts in case of cancellation, which if true is ridiculous for a medical facility that is very clearly no stranger to cancellations.Eric cancelled on me 3x and has shown zero regard or accountability for his patients. I am beyond disappointed and still in pain every day.
