Incorrect Billing
I made an appointment for annual check up and get new prescription for glasses. It was totally covered under my vision insurance. This was my first visit and I mentioned that I had had laser surgery on one of my eyes as part of my history. Whomever does their billing billed in as a medical visit instead of the routine check up and now I am stuck with a $45 bill. So no matter that I liked Dr. Anklin and was happy with my visit if it can't be billed correctly then I will not be a return customer.

Dr. Anklin as able to zero in on a perfect prescription for me. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous as well. Great place to go.
