She's horrible. My wife was "matched" with her on Lactation Network. We have a 13 day old, and my wife is struggling with breastfeeding. She's very upset and was looking for help. She spoke with Emily once on the phone on a Friday, the day after we got home from the hospital with our newborn. Emily was supposed to come the following Monday morning, and she no called, no showed. My wife emailed and called her multiple times and got no response. This "professional" also tried to scam a $50 " travel fee" directly from us on top of what our insurance is covering. She's clearly trying to prey on vulnerable women for additional money, which is disgusting. My wife is in a very emotional state right, and we lost a full week of breastfeeding because of this individual's unprofessionalism and lack of caring and empathy. All she had to do was let us know she was no longer interested and/or wasn't coming. Thankfully, I'm glad my wife went back to the service to match with another consultant, as I'm sure Emily's services are as poor or worse than her ethics and communication. Would highly NOT recommend. Stay away.
