Definition of unprofessional
Went for PT after my knee replacement. Emily was rude and wrote off every concern I had about the increase in pain after starting PT with her, telling me, "You just need to work harder." After 4.5 months, I still didn't have full ability to bend my knee so my surgeon told me to switch physical therapists or I would probably need a revision surgery to get full knee bend back. Thank God I did. If I would have stayed with Emily, there's no telling how badly things would have turned out. She is bad with people and bad at her job.
