So sad Emily is leaving Ascent Family Medicine. She is amazing - never feels rushed, answers questions & works at developing a relationship with patients.

I have debated on whether or not to leave a review. However, I'm giving this in part because of my experience in the last part of 2017. First off, the best doctor at this practice is Dr. Deric Rachjaibun, MD (he gets 5-stars in my book) and if I return he would be the only doctor at this practice I would trust. However, this review is NOT about Dr. Deric Rachjaibun, it is about Physician Assistant Emily Shupe Talley. In person she is friendly but over the phone it is a different matter entirel

I have been going to Emily Shupe-Talley for years, and have never had a bad experience. She is very thorough and I never feel rushed or like she doesn't have time to listen and answer my questions. The wait time to get an appointment is never too long, and I've even been able to get in same day when I have been very sick. She has a great bedside manner and is very personable. She also has a great assistant that handles vitals and if I ever have to call with questions.
