Treated in ER yesterday for a very uncomfortable situation. Was not able to get into a specialist within the 72-hour recommended treatment window. This PA was incredibly kind and understanding. She took time to answer my questions and even touched on another issue with my hand that wasn't the main reason for seeing her. She also apologized for my long wait (which wasn't that bad compared to a past experience with PeaceHealth several years ago.
