Avoid this PA - Worst PA ever.

'Worst healthcare provider I have encountered ever. Note: She is not a Dr. Just a PA. I went to Duke Urgent care with a primary concern and a secondary symptom. She completely ignored my primary concern and focused on secondary symptom. I attempted to clarify this at least five (5) times and she kept ignoring and focusing on secondary symptom. I gave up and left (scheduled an appointment with my primary care doctor) She is either deaf or has serous issue listening to patient. Her attitude was very condescending as well. Duke has many great doctors and PAs but so I will still go there. I have already contacted duke to ask how can I avoid this PA in the future.'

Worst ever

This provider did not make eye contact with me during the visit. She cut me off when I was answering her questions. She did not completely answer my questions. The clinic was not busy that day either.
