Too rushed
This appointment was to establish new patient and address several dermatological issues. The medical assistant stayed steady as being annoyed and bothered. Emily rushed through my appointment and dismissed all of my concerns. When I would tell her of the next issue I was having, she was getting annoyed and kept trying to conclude the appointment. I went to this practice many years ago, and they were stellar. To see how things have changed since Dr Dickerson retired, it’s just disappointing.
