It was great meeting Dr Russell. She was very friendly and explained every step of my assessment very carefully. My hearing loss had caused me to withdraw from social event and to avoid meeting new people. Dr. Russell helped me to get my life back to normal by advising to get hearing aids as well as helping me feeling comfortable wearing them.
