Emily repeatedly misdiagnosed my mom over the course of two weeks. Attempting to get my mom’s needs met by Emily was extremely difficult and took a lot of back and forth. She verbally stated that she provided the “standard patient care,” however, her standard of care would have resulted in my mother dying. Fortunately, my family figured out how to circumvent Emily, get her an MRI quickly, diagnosed and treated. I would not recommend Emily, as her standard of patient care is subpar.
