It's always great when you see you're providers and they interact with you in such a way that you feel human. Too many times the healthcare profession deems patients as mere numbers and a statistic, so coming across a provider who isn't rushing to get you in and out is great. Emily provided great care, was quite knowledgeable and very professional with how she conducted herself. If ever you end up at park avenue medical and are seen by her dr. Berman then you are in definitely good hands.
