Found care is my second house. Because Elude Sylvain, ARNP and her assistant Nathalie. They are so careful with my Mom and every situation. Since last year I changed my primary care physician because of the quality of service that my Mom received even though in person or telehealth. Great job.May God continue to bless them and their family. You are amazing.Love you!

I am so pleased. From the moment I walked in, she was courteous and comforting, making me feel at ease. What truly stood out, however, was her professionalism and friendliness. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, addressing each one with care and expertise.The thoroughness of the examination impressed me. She explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring I was informed and comfortable with the proposed course of action. It's evident that she prioritizes patient education.Overall, each experience is a great one, exuding a sense of genuine care for patients' well-being. I always leave with confidence and reassurance.

Works for visiting physicians. Has compromised my health over and over. Never once evaluated me, ordered blood work or has done any exam deslite several complaints and documented hospitalizations. She delayed my treatment for months and i still dont have care i need. As a result my condition has worsened and spread to other areas of my body. She made referral to ENT, neurologist and allergist but no office has any referral. Despite calls to their office daily and all day, pleading to send them they just dont care. No follow through except their billing practice. They should be shut down and ive now obtained an attorney given i am still without medical treatment and changing drs also prolongs my treatment so either way its negligence

Elude and her team came to visit my mom yesterday- they were SO amazing and so thorough! It was honestly a breath of fresh air after other people i've delt with- HIGHLY recommended!
